Description

A pungent "barnyardy" cider made in a traditional way with secondary fermentation occuring in the bottle. The cider is produced using a suite of specific cider apple varieties, which contribute to make this a rustic cider with subtle tartness, and plenty of dry tannins...a food oriented style.
