Description

Tempranillo, an indigenous grape variety to Spain, is the mainstay grape variety of famed reds such as Rioja and Ribera del Duero. This one from Argentina is a fuller than usual style and is very good for the dollars.

It has an almondine, oaky bouquet, with the palate following suit but also showing off dark cherry fruit and no small amount of the Cola bean character so typical to this varietal...good length and concentration.
