The Saison Biologique is a very thirst-quenching beer with an outspoken bitterness and dryness, though less bitter than the standard (non-organic) Saison Dupont.

You will discover a touch of citrus (especially pomelo) which strengthens the thirst-quenching aspect.

The long re-fermentation in the bottle ends up in a very complex but fresher, lighter style of beer.
