This is a cloudy cider, with floury apple & subtle stonefruit character. There's a very slight musty, almost dank pungency, in a positive way! The blend of apples varieties gives it good balance of fruit weight, astringency & dryness.

Apple varieties: Bedam, Avrolles, Doux Moem, Kermeriem and Douce Coet Ligne.

It is made in a traditional way with secondary fermentation occurring in the bottle, with the carbonation being light...great food cider.

Whilst this is great in summer, I also find it is also a particularly good cider to make into a mulled cider to warm the bones in winter! Simmer very gently with cinnamon sticks, clove, and a little Pommeau (see related products).

Food Matches: Washed rind soft cheeses, crepes, desserts, fish, white meats.
