A sharp cider with good balance between acidity & bitterness. It is made in a traditional way with native yeasts & secondary fermentation occuring in the bottle. The cider is produced using 4 specific cider apple varieties.

Apple varieties: Bisquet et Douce Coët, Avrolle, Juadaine, Jurella

Nose: very elegant, with pineapple, anise, mint & citrus

Palate: Apple, pineapple & citrus tones

Food Matches: Aperitif, Washed rind soft cheeses, apple desserts & pancakes, poultry or any dishes with cream.
