A lovely vintage cider with a mellow, subtly sweet note, balanced by tannins and good acidity, which keep this dry even though there is some residual fructose from the fermentation.

This is complex cider made in a traditional way with native yeasts & secondary fermentation ocurring in the bottle. The cider is produced using 6 specific cider apple varieties.

Apple varieties: Douce Moën, St Martin, Juadaine, Judor, Rouge Duret and Tardive de la Sarthe.

Palate: Apple, stonefruit, honey, pineapple & citrus tones.

Food Matches: Aperitif, Washed rind soft cheeses, apple desserts & pancakes, poultry or any dishes with cream.
