Fantastic bone dry white wine made from what are thought to be the World's oldest grapevines (over 400 years old!!).

This is made from the Greek indigenous variety "Assyrtiko," and it is a very minerally wine with quite a salty character, due in part to the vines being subjected to seaspray containing high levels of sodium (the vines are on the island of Santorini)...fantastic food wine!
