This striking biodynamic Champagne is outstanding value. A blend of four grand cru sites this is made from 50 per cent 2004
and 50 per cent 2005 that has been aged in large format oak barrels. The wine spends four years on lees and is disgorged as required. Dosage is limited to 6gm.
