This is far less bitter than most saisons however, without being an overtly sweet beer, though the idea of honey may suggest this to some.

The beer is certainly not even slightly reminiscent of other honey beers such as "Beez Neez" or "Bee Sting." Rather, the honey lends a very mellow & subtle sweetness to what is otherwise a very citrus-driven, full beer, smelling a little of Mandarins, but seemingly more orange & lemon on the palate, with some spice thrown in.
