The creation of this beer in 1988, happened on demand of the village of Belœil, well-known for its “Château de Belœil”. Although at first only available in this area, the demand of this amber beer is becoming more and more increasing.

Its colour, taste and aromas are the result of a brewing process, which is a mixture of 5 different types of malt, in combination with fine hop varieties.
