This is fresh & medium bodied, with a subtly fruity, floury apple character, and a little mustiness too boot. It is made in a traditional way with secondary fermentation occurring in the bottle...excellent value introduction to French Cider.

This is fresh on it's own, but I also find it is also a good cider to make a mulled version, for those chilly winter nights! Simmer very gently with cinnamon sticks, cloves, a tiny bit of honey or brown sugar, and a little Pommeau (see related products).
