I firmly believe that this is one of Australia's best sparkling wines. It generally retails for around $35 but due to my having developed a strong following for it via recommendations, I buy it in bulk in order to sell it at this price.

Flavours are of almond nougat, without the sugary sweetness. This is dry and the structure is very refined...5 stars I reckon! Made in the Methode Traditionelle mode, with a secondary fermentation in the bottle.
